My Journey

I am Ramprasad Inamdar — but you can call me Ram. I am an Entreprenuer, Digital Business Growth Strategist, AI Consultant and an Educator based out of Dharwad, Karnataka, India. Here is my journey from from Technology to Digital Growth.

Ramprasad Inamdar

Entrepreneur | Digital Growth Strategist | Educator

Technology Foundation

After completing my engineering in IT, I started my career at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where I worked as a QA and Automation Engineer on enterprise software projects for global clients including McAfee, Intuit and CCC Insurance. I received an Excellence Award along with several client appreciations for my work.

The Move into Entrepreneurship

A family emergency brought me back to my hometown, where I pursued my Master’s in Computer Science before taking the next step into entrepreneurship.

Building Technology Businesses

In 2014, I founded Praneta Tech Solutions to provide web and technology solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. Over the following six years, I worked on 50+ projects and trained and guided students in web and related technologies.

From Digital Services to a Bigger Picture

In 2021, I started Spectra Digital Marketing, working directly with business owners across areas including manufacturing, healthcare, education and professional services. The work covered websites, SEO, social media and hosting, giving me a much broader view of how businesses use digital technology to attract and serve customers.

Why RamInamdar.com

Over time, I realized that the strongest version of what I was building was not another agency brand. My clients were ultimately working with me — someone who understood their business, picked up the phone and personally took responsibility for the work. So I brought that experience and capability under my own name.

What I do today

Today, I work with businesses that want more than a website or another marketing vendor. I look at the business as a whole, understand where digital is helping or creating friction, and then build the right combination of strategy, technology and execution around its goals.

That can include improving a website, strengthening search visibility, generating demand, creating better lead-capture and conversion journeys, connecting CRM and follow-up processes, introducing practical automation or AI, improving customer retention, and making sure the underlying digital infrastructure remains fast, secure and measurable.

The specific solution depends on the business. I do not believe in forcing every business into the same technology stack, service package or “magic formula.” The goal is to solve the right problems in the right order.

Why I Built the RamInamdar Digital Growth System

The Problem

Businesses rarely have a shortage of digital tools. The bigger challenge is that those tools, activities and customer touchpoints often do not work together.

A website may exist in one place. Marketing happens somewhere else. Leads are tracked manually. Follow-ups are inconsistent. Analytics are underused. SEO is treated as a separate activity. And increasingly, businesses are trying to understand where AI actually fits into all of this.

I believe there is a better way.

My Solution

The “RamInamdar Digital Growth System” is my practical framework for connecting the key digital components a modern business needs to attract prospects, convert them into customers, serve them better and continuously improve.

Instead of treating a website, SEO, marketing, automation, AI and analytics as disconnected services, I look at them as parts of one connected business system. The objective is simple:

Make your digital ecosystem work together — and work harder for your business.

Depending on the business, that might mean strengthening the online presence, improving search visibility, creating lead-generation systems, automating repetitive processes, introducing practical AI solutions, improving conversion journeys, or connecting the tools the business already uses.

The right combination is different for every business. My approach is to understand the business first, identify the biggest opportunities and gaps, and then build a practical system around its goals.

The Five Parts of the Digital Growth System

01 — Online Presence

Outcome: Be credible and discoverable.

What is Includes: Website, Google Business Profile, social profiles, directories, WhatsApp Business, analytics and tracking.

02 — Discovery & Demand

Outcome:Help the right prospects find you.

What is Includes: SEO, AEO, local SEO, content and paid acquisition where appropriate.

03 — Lead & Conversion

Outcome:Turn enquiries into customers.

What is Includes: Landing pages, forms, CRM, WhatsApp, appointment booking, follow-up, automation and practical AI.

04 — Customer & Retention

Outcome:Create more value from the customers you already have.

What is Includes: Reviews, review responses, reactivation, referrals, repeat-business campaigns and customer communications.

05 — Performance & Care

Outcome:Keep the system healthy and improving.

What is Includes: Hosting, security, backups, updates, performance optimization, analytics, support and conversion optimization.

Each pillar can stand on its own, or several can be combined into a tailored Digital Growth System. The framework is modular by design: start with the most important problem, prove value, and build from there.

How I Work

Practical Over Complicated

Technology should solve problems, not create more of them. I prefer solutions that are understandable, maintainable and appropriate for the size and stage of a business — rather than recommending technology simply because it is new or impressive.

Integrated Over Isolated

A great website alone does not guarantee growth. Neither does SEO, social media, advertising or automation in isolation. I look at how these components work together and where improvements can have the greatest business impact.

AI Where It Creates Real Value

AI is changing how businesses operate, market themselves and serve customers. But not every business needs an AI chatbot, an AI agent or a collection of AI tools. I focus on practical applications of AI that can save time, improve customer experiences, increase productivity or support business growth.

Measure, Learn and Improve

Digital growth is not a one-time project. Where possible, I use data, analytics and feedback to understand what is working, what is not, and what should change next.

Who I Work With

I primarily work with small and medium-sized businesses, founders and professional teams that want to make better use of their digital presence and customer journey.

That may mean fixing a weak online foundation, improving search visibility, generating more qualified enquiries, reducing lead leakage, automating repetitive processes, strengthening customer retention, or bringing several disconnected digital activities into one coordinated system.

If there is a meaningful business problem behind the digital work, there is usually a better solution than simply adding another tool.

I aim to understand my clients’ pain points as clearly as possible and use my technical knowledge, experience and practical judgment to recommend honest, feasible solutions — not sales pitches and unnecessarily complex contracts.

If your digital ecosystem feels disconnected, let’s look at it as a system.

Whether you need to strengthen your online presence, improve search visibility, generate more enquiries, automate lead follow-up or connect the digital tools you already use, the first step is understanding where the biggest opportunity lies.
