Privacy Policy

This policy explains how I, Ramprasad Inamdar, handle personal information through RamInamdar.com, including website enquiries and Strategy Call bookings.

I operate from Dharwad, Karnataka, India. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@raminamdar.com.

Information you provide

When you submit an enquiry, I collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:

• Your name and email address.
• Your business name and website address.
• Your phone or WhatsApp number, if supplied.
• The services, pillars or packages you are interested in.
• Your answers to relevant questions and the message describing your needs.

When you book a call, scheduling information can include your name, email, selected appointment time, time zone and booking reference, together with changes such as rescheduling or cancellation.

Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, medical records or confidential information about other people through the form.

Technical and security information

The website and its service providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service. This can include IP addresses, browser and device information, request details and security signals.

The enquiry system uses submission identifiers, booking references and technical status records to prevent duplicates and connect an appointment with the correct enquiry.

Browser storage may also be used to preserve form progress and support the booking process.

How I use your information

I use your information to:

• Understand and respond to your enquiry.
• Prepare for, arrange and manage your appointment.
• Discuss relevant services and agreed next steps.
• Keep a record of our communications and project discussions.
• Deliver agreed services if you become a client.
• Protect the website, prevent spam and troubleshoot problems.
• Meet applicable legal obligations and handle disputes.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

When your enquiry is saved

Your enquiry is saved when you submit the contact-details step and continue to choosing a call time. It is saved before you complete the calendar booking.

If you do not finish booking, I may still use the submitted details to respond about your enquiry. Moving between earlier form steps does not by itself submit an enquiry.

On the Contact page, your message and the details you provide are saved when you successfully submit the form using ‘Send Message’. No appointment booking is required.

Service providers

I use the following providers to operate the website and appointment process:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, enquiry storage and technical infrastructure.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: protection against automated and abusive submissions.
• Cal.com: appointment availability, scheduling and booking communications.
• Google Calendar and Google Meet: calendar management and video meetings.
• Resend: delivery of website-generated notification emails.
• Hostinger: business email hosting and related email storage.

These providers process information needed for their functions. Some also process information for their own security, account management or other purposes described in their privacy notices.

Calendar prefilling is enabled: your name and email are passed to Cal.com so you do not need to enter them again. Cal.com receives these details through its embedded booking address. Personal details are not intentionally included in this website’s own page addresses or analytics events.

Sharing and international processing

I do not sell enquiry information or provide it to third parties for their own direct marketing.

Information is shared with providers where needed to operate the services described above. I may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, security or address a dispute.

Providers may process information in countries outside India. Their processing locations and safeguards are described in their respective privacy information. I do not promise that all information remains in India.

Cookies, browser storage and tracking

No website analytics, advertising pixels, remarketing tools or session-replay tools are currently configured by me on this website.

Functional browser storage and third-party technologies may be used for form progress, scheduling and security. Embedded services can process technical information when they load.

Blocking cookies, browser storage or scripts may affect the booking form or calendar. If I introduce analytics or marketing tracking, I will update this policy and implement any choices required before using those tools.

How long information is kept

Inactive enquiry records are retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing engagement, a legal obligation or a dispute.

If you become a client, relevant project, contractual and financial records are handled separately and retained according to their purpose and applicable requirements.

Deleting an enquiry from the website database does not necessarily remove related calendar entries, emails or provider-held copies at the same time. Relevant provider records and backups are handled through their separate deletion and retention processes.

Your choices and requests

You can contact hello@raminamdar.com to:

• Ask what personal information I hold about your enquiry.
• Request correction or deletion.
• Ask me to stop following up about an enquiry.
• Withdraw consent where processing relies on your consent.
• Raise a privacy concern or complaint.

I may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, ongoing services or disputes. I will explain relevant limitations when responding.

You can also reschedule or cancel an appointment using the options in your Cal.com booking confirmation. Cancelling an appointment does not automatically delete the associated enquiry.

Security

I use safeguards intended to protect personal information, including access restrictions, server-side validation, encrypted connections and protected service credentials.

No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Please contact me if you believe information submitted through the website has been exposed or misused.

Children

This website offers business services and is not intended for children. Please do not submit children’s personal information through the enquiry form. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact me so I can review and address it.

External websites

The website includes links to client websites and other external resources. Those websites operate under their own privacy practices. Review their notices before providing information.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy when the website, its providers or information handling practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.
